Speaking during the inauguration of the Okeite Support Group (OSG) at his country home in Ezinesi Oduma, Aninri Local Government Area, the APC stalwart explained that his decision to withdraw his ambition for the House of Representatives seat for Aninri/Awgu/Oji River Federal Constituency was borne out of loyalty to party supremacy, unity and the collective interest of the people. Addressing thousands of supporters, political associates and stakeholders drawn from Aninri, Awgu and Oji River, High Chief Chukwuezeora stated that the remarkable transformation under Governor Peter Mbah’s administration, alongside the grassroots leadership style of Senator Osita Ngwu, Engr. Onwuegbu and Prince Ugochukwu Nwanjoku, inspired his decision to fully align with the current leadership. He noted that the ongoing achievements in road infrastructure, security, youth empowerment, rural development and economic reforms reflect the kind of people-oriented governance he has always advocated for. According to him, supporting continuity and stability remains the surest path toward sustaining growth and development across the state and federal constituency. The event turned into a massive political rally as party faithfuls, women groups and youths celebrated the inauguration of over 2,000 polling unit, ward and local government coordinators of the Okeite Support Group with cultural dances, solidarity songs and loud ovations. APC chairmen from Aninri, Awgu and Oji River, alongside several stakeholders, commended High Chief Chukwuezeora for placing collective progress above personal ambition, describing his action as a demonstration of wisdom, loyalty and political maturity.
