- Chief Paul Ogbonna: Designated as Special Adviser on Land Acquisition and Deputy Chairman of the Committee.
- Hon. Amos Oshi: Inaugurated as Chairman of the Committee on Lands, Infrastructures, and Housing Development.
- Rt. Hon. Sunday Olisemeka: Appointed as the Representative Member from the Legislative Arm and Assistant Secretary of the Committee.
